This policy explains how VncVPN handles relevant data while providing international access, global routes and subscription services. Using the website, user panel or network acceleration service means you have read this policy.

Scope and processing principles

This policy applies to the VncVPN website, user panel, client connections and related support processes. Data processing follows clear-purpose, minimum-scope and controlled-access principles. Collected data is used only for account verification, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, order processing, service security, troubleshooting and website improvement.

This policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications or content services that users choose to access. Those services may process data under their own rules, so their privacy notices should be reviewed separately before use.

Data collected and how it is used

Account data: No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. VncVPN processes the username and password credentials used to verify identity, create an account, identify sign-in status and protect account access. Unless a user provides it voluntarily in a support ticket, an email address is not required for registration.

Order data: Purchasing a subscription or traffic package creates the necessary order record, including the selected item, amount, payment status, order ID and processing result. This data is used to confirm payment, deliver the service, process refunds, resolve disputes and meet necessary financial record obligations.

Access analytics: When the website is visited, VncVPN may process page addresses, referring pages, browser type, device category, interface language and broad network information. Aggregated results help verify that pages work properly, identify compatibility issues and improve content structure. They are not used to determine which websites users access through the routes.

Network activity and no-logs policy

VncVPN does not record which websites users access through the service, or retain web content, communications, search content or destination records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. VncVPN also does not retain connection logs for continuous tracking of individual network activity.

To enforce traffic package rules, the system processes aggregated traffic usage linked to an account and its subscription status. This metering data is used to determine available traffic and service status; it does not include a website list or transmitted content. Temporary technical records created for troubleshooting, service security or abuse prevention retain only the fields necessary for those purposes. Once the purpose is complete, they are deleted or de-identified and are not used for advertising profiles.

Cookies, local storage and payment services

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, necessary session identifiers and functional preferences. This data maintains sign-in access, restores page state and reduces repeated setup. Disabling necessary storage may prevent sign-in, language selection or user panel features from working properly.

Payments are processed by the relevant external services for Alipay / WeChat / USDT. VncVPN receives the payment status and transaction reference information needed to complete an order, while payment services may handle payment account and risk-check data under their own policies. VncVPN does not use information obtained during payment for promotions unrelated to the order.

Data retention, security and deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Order records are kept for the periods required to reconcile transactions, process refunds, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Access analytics are preferably aggregated or de-identified. When the processing purpose ends and continued retention is unnecessary, the relevant data is deleted, de-identified or disconnected from the account.

VncVPN reduces the risk of misuse or unauthorized access through access controls, transmission protection and limits on internal operations. Users may sign in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. Account control may need to be verified before a request is processed to prevent action by another person. Data subject to necessary transaction records or dispute-handling requirements will be deleted after the relevant purpose ends.

Policy updates and request channels

This privacy policy may change when service features, data processes or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes to the scope of data processing will be explained visibly on the website or user panel.
