Create an Account and Open the User Panel
Open the VncVPN account creation page, enter a username you plan to use long term, and set a password that you do not reuse across other websites. No email address is required; your username and password are the credentials for the user panel. Check the username before submitting and store the password securely. If you use another device later, sign in to the panel with the same credentials.
After the account is created, the page opens the user panel. First confirm that the username shown at the top or in the account area is the one you just set, then review the account overview. If a new account has no selected plan yet, the subscription area may not contain an importable server. This is normal, so there is no need to create another account. Go to the plans section and place an order based on your actual data needs.
If the page says the username is already taken, choose another easy-to-recognize username and submit again. If the page remains unchanged after submission, check the required-field messages first instead of clicking repeatedly. When your browser saves the password, make sure it is associated with the VncVPN user panel rather than another website.
PLAN
Choose a Plan and Complete Your Order
After signing in to the user panel, open the “Purchase Plans” section. VncVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month from the activation date, making these plans suitable for regular use with a set monthly allowance. Estimate your typical browsing, video, AI Tools, and file-transfer usage instead of choosing solely by price.
If your usage is irregular, consider a data package. Options are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain valid until used and never expire. Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently: monthly plans follow a cycle from the activation date, while packages deduct from the remaining total data. After selecting a plan, verify the name, price, and allowance on the order confirmation page, then pay with Alipay, WeChat, or USDT.
Do not place the same order again after payment. Return to the user panel to check the order status and account overview. Once the plan is active, usable subscription details will appear. If the status has not updated yet, refresh the panel once and reopen the account overview. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days; review the order result shown in the panel before confirming the upgrade.
Plans support unlimited simultaneous devices, but all devices share the data allowance in the same account. For easier management, connect the current device first, then add other devices one at a time. The plans page also explains prices, data packages, and refund rules in full, so you can compare them before deciding.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview
Once your plan is active, return to “Account Overview” in the user panel. In the subscription section, find the options to copy the link, import it into a client, or get a client. The subscription link lets a client read the servers and configuration available to your account. It is not a regular web address and should not be opened directly in a browser. After copying it, paste it directly into the client’s subscription import field.
A real subscription link should only be obtained from the signed-in user panel. This guide does not display a usable subscription address or provide a direct link to a static installer. For format demonstrations, use an obviously invalid example such as:

Do not copy the example during actual setup, and do not manually delete, add, or replace any characters in the link. After copying, continue to the client import step. If the client reports a format error, return to the account overview and copy the link again instead of using content truncated by a messaging app.
Subscription details are tied to your account access and should be stored on your own devices. To import on another device, sign in to the user panel again and copy the link from the overview rather than keeping it in a public note or shared document. If the plan is not active, has expired, or has no remaining data, a client may retain the old configuration but still fail to connect. Check the plan status in the panel first.
CLIENT IMPORT
Import the Client on Each Device
VncVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This section covers the four most common platforms. Get the client from the download area of the user panel, then choose the entry for your current platform after signing in. The core import process is the same: open subscription management, paste the link you just copied, save it, and run an update.
Windows
On Windows, open “Download Client” from the user panel and get the desktop client provided by VncVPN. After installing and launching it, look for “Add Subscription” in the main sidebar, configuration area, or subscription management section. Choose import from a URL, paste the subscription link copied from the account overview, give the configuration a recognizable name, and save it.
Return to the subscription list and click Update or Refresh. When the update succeeds, the server list appears in the client’s server selection area. Do not adjust advanced rules, ports, or protocol settings yet; keep the client defaults. Choose a server matching the region of the website you want to access, then return to the main screen to connect.
macOS
On macOS, sign in to the user panel, open the client download area, and choose macOS. The first launch may ask you to approve network configuration access. Follow the system prompts, then open the client’s configuration or subscription page. Find “Import from URL,” “Remote Configuration,” or an equivalent option, paste the subscription link, and save it.
Run a subscription update and wait for the server names to finish loading. Some macOS clients show a status icon in the menu bar, with server selection and the connection switch located there rather than in the main window. Once the server list appears, choose the target region and enable the connection. If you cancel the first authorization prompt, confirm it again in the network-related area of System Settings and return to the client.
Android
On Android, sign in to the user panel in a browser and open the download area to get the compatible client. After installing and opening it, tap the add button on the configuration page and choose “Import from URL” or “Subscription.” Paste the link from the account overview into the field, save it, return to the configuration list, and tap Update.
When the servers finish loading, select one and tap the connection button on the client’s main screen. Android may display a permission prompt the first time it creates a network connection; this is a normal step for establishing the local network tunnel. Confirm it and check whether the client status changes to connected. If access fails after switching networks, disconnect and reconnect first. Do not enable multiple similar clients at the same time.
iOS
On an iPhone or iPad, open the client section of the user panel and get a compatible client using the method provided on the page. In the client, open configuration, subscriptions, or server management and choose to add a subscription by link. Paste the content copied from the account overview, save it, run an update, and wait for the server list to appear.
Select a server and enable the connection. The first iOS setup may ask permission to add a network configuration. After confirming in the system prompt, return to the client and check that the top bar or in-app status shows connected. If the device switches from Wi-Fi to a mobile network, the connection may need to be re-established. Reopen the client and connect again; there is no need to delete and re-import the subscription.
VERIFY
Connect to a Server and Check That It Works
After the subscription update finishes, choose a server from the list that matches the region of the target service. For content tied to a specific region, prioritize a server in that region. For ordinary international websites, start with a geographically nearby server. After clicking Connect, wait until the client clearly shows Connected before testing in a browser. Do not switch repeatedly between servers while the connection status is still changing.
First, open an IP check page and see whether your current exit region matches the selected server. You can use VncVPN’s IP Check Tool to view the result. Refresh the page before checking so the browser does not show cached information from before the connection. If the exit region has changed, the client’s basic connection is working. Then open the website or app you need to access for a practical test.
If the IP has not changed, return to the client and check three things: whether the subscription updated successfully, whether the intended server is selected, and whether the main connection switch is on. Desktop clients may also distinguish between system proxy, rule mode, and global mode; keep the default mode for your first setup. On mobile, make sure no other network tool is connected at the same time in the system status bar or client.
If the IP has changed but a particular website still will not open, do not immediately delete the client or purchase another plan. First try another server in the same region, then fully close and reopen the target app. If only one app is affected, continue by checking app routing, cache, or DNS. This is beyond the basic setup flow; see the relevant section in the Troubleshooting Handbook.
After verification, import the subscription on other devices using the same method. VncVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but all devices share the plan data in the account. Add and verify devices one at a time, confirming each before moving to the next. When the server list changes later, update the subscription in the client; there is no need to create another account.
