Service Scope and Application
VncVPN provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, international websites, and international route selection. The service covers Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available features depend on the selected client, route status, local network conditions, and an active subscription.
The service provides 90+ countries and 200+ routes. This coverage represents the overall network resources available for selection and does not mean that every route will produce the same results in all regions, network environments, or destination services. Routes may change due to maintenance, capacity scheduling, upstream network changes, or local connection conditions.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during the active subscription period and under the applicable traffic rules. A subscription does not transfer ownership of any route, software, system interface, or other technical resource.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for connections, subscription changes, and other actions made through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed or an account shows unusual activity, users should change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
A single account supports unlimited devices online at the same time. This rule is intended for the account holder's normal use of their own devices and does not permit publicly sharing credentials with unspecified third parties, reselling accounts, splitting or reselling subscriptions, or sharing the service commercially. Users may not copy, rent, or transfer subscription rights, or help others evade account management rules.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should confirm the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method before making a selection; traffic consumed through device settings or route choices is recorded in the account according to the system record.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location, the connection destination, and the relevant services, and must independently determine whether their intended network activity is lawful. VncVPN must not be used for illegal activity, infringement of others' lawful rights, unauthorized system access, malware distribution, disruption of network operations, or mass transmission of harmful content.
Users may not use the service to attack, scan, damage, or excessively consume resources on any network, server, or endpoint. They may not attempt to obtain other users' information or reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with VncVPN clients, authentication processes, route scheduling, or account systems. The usage rules of each destination website or application remain set by its respective provider and must be followed separately.
Service Availability and Liability
Cross-border connections can be affected by local networks, upstream operators, international links, device performance, client settings, and destination service policies. VncVPN maintains routes and systems based on operating conditions, but does not promise that any route will remain continuously available or that every destination website, application feature, or regional offering will always be accessible.
For temporary interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream failures, public network fluctuations, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or changes to third-party services, VncVPN will respond within a reasonable scope. Users should confirm connection status before important operations and save their own business data. For interruptions beyond the reasonable control of the service, access denied by destination services, or user configuration errors, the liability of the service is limited to the extent required by applicable law.
Restrictions and Account Termination
If an account is used for illegal activity, subscription resale, public credential sharing, malicious resource consumption, system attacks, interference with other users' connections, fraudulent payment, or another serious breach of these terms, VncVPN may restrict connections, suspend relevant features, or terminate the account according to the level of risk.
When handling unusual account activity, the service may ask users to explain the situation using verifiable information available within the account. Users remain responsible for actions and charges incurred before termination. After account termination, access to delivered clients, subscription information, and restricted features in the user panel may stop at the same time. Transaction and security records that must be retained by law will be handled according to applicable rules.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
VncVPN may revise these terms when the service scope, technical conditions, legal requirements, or operating rules change. Updates will be published through the website or user panel with a new update date. For changes that materially affect user rights or obligations, a clear explanation will be provided within a reasonable scope. Continued use of the service after the terms take effect means that users accept the updated rules.
Refund requests are governed by the separate Refund Policy: a full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Eligibility, request methods, and processing scope are subject to that policy page. If these terms and the Refund Policy differ on a specific matter, the Refund Policy takes priority for refund-related matters.
